2nd Annual Iowa One Health Conference
The 2nd Annual Iowa One Health Conference will bring together a transdisciplinary cast of students and professionals in relevant fields to learn and discuss how the concept of One Health can help drive positive change in the health of each of its three domains. Key features of the conference include lectures, breakout sessions, and an interactive public health problem-solving session.
We are also happy to welcome Dr. Lisa Conti, DVM, MPH, Dipl ACVPM as our keynote speaker. She is the Deputy Commissioner and Chief Science Officer of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and has been extremely influential in shaping the modern field of One Health. Dr. Conti stays involved in the One Health community as a founding and current member of the One Health Initiative (OHI) pro bono team, aggregating news and events worldwide on the OHI website.
