This year the One Health Warriors team from the University of the Free State and the National Health Laboratory Service, Bloemfontein, aim to raise awareness among public health workers and students regarding One Health, specifically zoonotic diseases. We are asking what is One Health and what can you do about it. Therefore, this year we will be distributing pamphlets to a diverse audience, including scientists, doctors and nurses, participating in the 7th Annual Free State Provincial Health Research Day held at the University of the Free State campus on the 8th-9th November 2018. Delegates include healthcare workers from throughout the Free State province. The pamphlet informs about the One Heath concept, zoonotic diseases in South Africa and a focus on rabies disease.
