Community Veterinary Outreach provides pro bono preventive veterinary care to pets of individuals experiencing homelessness, or who are vulnerably housed or street- involved. We imbed human health services within these clinics, such as primary health care, flu vaccination, dental care access, smoking reduction / cessation, exercise and health living, and harm reduction including naloxone kits. By amplifying human health messaging through veterinary care and pet health, we improve both animal and human health and welfare.
