The purpose of this event is to encourage conversations about one health and planetary health activities at Maine universities and non-governmental and governmental organizations. We will highlight research and community-based activities that illustrate the application of interdisciplinary and sustainable approaches to problems facing the health of the planet. Lightning talks will be given by UNE faculty members as well as One Health Catalyst network members.

Interactions between members will provide opportunities for engagement with local and regional partners and facilitate the identification of potential speakers, student-oriented opportunities and research in areas related to planetary, ecosystem and organismal health.
