With the support of Lower Mekong Initiative (LMI), Lao One Health University Network (LAOHUN) in collaboration with Southeast Asia One Health University Network (SEAOHUN) is celebrating the 4th annual One Health Day by organizing an inaugural meeting of the country network, LAOHUN, celebrating the partnership of National University of Laos and National University of Health Sciences aiming to become a collaborative network of universities fostering multi-sectoral effort on One Health (OH) workforce and policy development. The meeting will not only raise awareness of One Health issues but how universities can play roles in One Health workforce development. The meeting expects to gather 120 participants from ministries, higher education institutions, intergovernmental organizations, development partners, and other relevant agencies working to address One Health issues in Laos. This inaugural meeting will be organized at the main conference room of National University of Laos, Vientiane, Lao PDR.
