There will be two featured presentations, the first delivered by Dr. Laura Kahn, physician and research scholar with the Program on Science and Global Security at the Princeton University School of Public and International Affairs, whose work helped launch the One Health Initiative. The second will be delivered by Dr. Adam Griffith, Director for the Revitalization of Traditional Cherokee Artisan Resources program, which strives to restore the traditional Cherokee balance between maintaining and using the area’s natural resources.
A showcase of One Health research underway at UT will follow these presentations, as well as an overview of One Health work being conducted by UT One Health Scholars.
