In celebration of One Health Day, WesternU College of Veterinary Medicine will be hosting the 3rd Annual One Health Symposium on Saturday, November 7th from 8am-2pm. This year the symposium will be VIRTUAL! WesternU is joining the world-wide effort by promoting this concept through collaboration, communication, and outreach. The One Health symposium is sponsored by the WesternU Student American Veterinary Medical Association (SAVMA). Some topics this year will include: Defining One Health, Snakebite: A One Health Approach to a Global Crisis, Impact of Animals in Natural Disasters, and Food: The Interaction of Humans, Animals, and Environmental Health, and more! NEW THIS YEAR: Virtual One Health Trivia following the presentations.
