At One Health Organization, located in Northeast Ohio, we care about keeping pets and people healthy at home. We have three planned events in 2021 to help people understand what "One Health" is to us and how we bring that concept to a reality in our pet-loving communities.

On November 2, 2021, we will record a conversation between Founder, President & CEO Dr. Anna M. van Heeckeren with two volunteers about One Health, what it means to all of us, and how pets enrich our lives. We will also discuss how access to veterinary care is so important for all people living with dogs and cats, the most common pets in the US, and raise awareness that access to veterinary care is a social justice issue.

This video will be made available for others to learn more about One Health and reflect on how pets are important in other people's lives.

On November 11, 2021, starting at 11:30 am Eastern Time we ask people living in Ohio to make a donation to inform pet parents, provide resources, and build partnerships with the purpose to create sustainable, equitable, affordable healthcare systems to benefit the health of people, animals, and our shared environments.

Finally, on 11/8/2021 starting at 4:30 pm Eastern Time Dr. Anna will talk with pet parents about how they plan to keep their pets and people safe and happy during celebratory gatherings this year. Any tips and tricks are welcomed.
