ACTAsia and Vets for Compassion (VFC) have been supported by World Small Animal Veterinary Association (WSAVA) to deliver veterinary webinar series to improve animal welfare through animal welfare since the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. This webinar series have been accessible to a network of veterinarians from all over China. The series have been the delivery form of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) program of the Companion Animal Welfare Program of ACTAsia. The webinar in November will be One Health for clinical veterinarians as a response to the One Health day on 3rd of November. Speaker invited to deliver the one and half-hour webinar (one hour talk and half hour QA) is professor Lu Jiahai from Sun Yat-Sen University, a professor of epidemiology/microbiology from the school of public health, Director/One Health Center of excellence for research and training, President of Guangdong Laboratory Federation for Science and Technology.
