Pak One Health Alliance (POHA) is an active organization in the area of One Health promotion. Currently collaborating with renowned University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF), University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore, Policy and Strategic Planning Unit (PSPU), Dept. of health Lahore for launch of several One Health activities. These organizations are going to organize a national seminar and also sign a long term MoU in One Health domain for One Health advancement, on the occasion ‘One Health Day, that is 3rd Nov, 2021. Participants from different departments of University and multiple organizations will share their ideas and experiences on this occasion. With 300 participants expected to attend this event, it would discuss topics like One Health Core Competencies and Policy, One Health initiatives, Rabies control model, and Deploying event-based surveillance in One Health. There will be a panel discussion on One Health Policy and Recommendations will be presented by the invited panelists.
