The NRW-Forschungskolleg One Health and Urban Transformation is jointly operated by the Cen-ter for Development Research (ZEF), the International Centre for Sustainable Development (IZNE) at Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg (H-BRS) and the United Nations University –Institute for Environ-ment and Human Security (UNU-EHS) Bonn, in collaboration with the Department of Geography (University Bonn), the Medical Faculty (University Bonn) and the Institute for Hygiene and Public Health. Additionally, the Forschungskolleg collaborates with research and application-oriented partners in each of the four research areas: Ruhr Valley, São Paulo, Accra and Ahmedabad.
This years' One Health Day will be celebrated by looking back at some of the research results of the first batch of the Forschungskolleg One Health and Urban Transformation and look forward to the research projects of batch 2. This event is envisioned to create a dialogue between academia and practice, identify implementation and knowledge gaps and shape the research projects of batch 2.
