The African Youth Dialogue on One Health and Sustainable Livelihood aims to bring together young leaders, scholars, professionals, and activists from across the African continent to engage in a comprehensive and collaborative exploration of the interconnectedness between human, animal, and environmental health, and its impact on sustainable livelihoods. The dialogue will serve as a platform to foster knowledge exchange, innovative thinking, and actionable solutions that contribute to the holistic well-being of communities and ecosystems in Africa.

The dialogue is a two-day event that will consist of two keynote lectures, a panel discussion and a series of interactive sessions.

The dialogue will culminate into the development of a white paper that outlines specific steps and initiatives to advance the One Health and sustainable livelihood agenda in Africa. The white paper shall form on the four pillars of One Health operationalization - collaboration, communication, capacity building and coordination.
