Global One Health Day is observed annually on November 3rd to raise global awareness about the One Health approach to complex health challenges involving people, animals, plants, and the environment. This year, 2023, the Somali One Health Centre of Abrar University celebrates jointly with Nova Diagnostics and Research in Mogadishu, Somalia, to educate participants on the urgent need for One Health actions in Somalia and the role of laboratories in One Health practice. The theme for this year is promoting the One Health approach in Somalia.
