ANNUAL SEMINAR OF CNECV - ONE HEALTH
The One Health concept is based on the recognition of the need to approach health policies and practices from a perspective of interdependence and compromise between people, animals and the environment. From this perspective ethical questions emerge about the goodness of the concept and the practices of its implementation in the pursuit of better health for people and planet.
The National Ethics Council for Life Sciences will organise a seminar dedicated to One Health on 3 November. This event will be the culmination of a series of initiatives that took place during 2021 and 2022, promoting reflection and debate with experts who have studied health policies from a perspective of human-animal-environment interdependence "The whole is greater than the sum of its parts".
