EPI-WIN webinar: Preventing epidemics and pandemics through One Health in practice - Voices from One Health professionals
More than 70% of (re-) emerging infectious diseases are from animal origin. Preventing epidemics requires bold action at the human-animal-environmental interface, in line with the One Health approach. Further to earlier One Health-focused EPI-WIN webinars, this webinar features voices from One Health professionals working on epidemic and pandemic prevention and preparedness. Ahead of One Health Day on 3 November, the discussion focuses on the sharing of experiences, research and examples from professionals from various backgrounds, field of expertise and sectors. It celebrates and dives in the multiple and multidisciplinary One Health vision for addressing emerging zoonotic diseases.
