One Health Day 2023 at Michigan State University
The Institute for Global Health at the College of Osteopathic Medicine and the College of Veterinary Medicine, Michigan State University (MSU) would like to invite you to participate at the event “One Health Day” to be held November 3rd, 8am to 2pm.
The Institute for Global Health will once again be celebrating and promoting the One Health approach among MSU scholars and students. Our event this year will focus on Food Security with experts that will share with the audience matters related to Agricultural Production Systems, Contamination, EcoHealth and One Health approaches. We have a distinguished panel of speakers that include MSU experts and special guests from Kasetsart University, Thailand; Texas A&M University; University of Washington and the EcoHealth Alliance.
The event will take place at the ISTB Building Main Hall in Michigan State University campus, East Lansing, Michigan, and will also be broadcasted virtually. The event’s goals are:
1. Educate students and faculty on the One Health Discipline;
2. Introduce opportunities for future One Health Education and Research.
