Community engagement, a guarantee of success of the OH approach, for better health security --------- Le Sénégal, à l’instar de nombreux pays, célèbre le "One Health Day" sous la coordination du Programme National Multisectoriel de la Sécurité sanitaire « One Health ». Pour l’édition 2024 la célébration comporte plusieurs activités dont un symposium sur l’opérationnalisation et l’approche Communautaire du One Health. Dans la mise en œuvre du Programme National Multisectoriel de la Sécurité Sanitaire selon l’approche One Health, chaque acteur joue un rôle clef dans une synergie d’ensemble et une coordination des actions
Afin de discuter des différents aspects de l’opérationnalisation et de l’approche communautaire du One Health, la FAO soutient le Programme national multisectoriel de la sécurité sanitaire « One Health » pour organiser un symposium comme activité phare sous le thème : "Engagement communautaire, gage de réussite de l’approche OH, pour une meilleure sécurité sanitaire" ------ Senegal, like many countries, celebrates "One Health Day" under the coordination of the National Multisectoral Health Security Program "One Health". For the 2024 edition, the celebration includes several activities including a symposium on the operationalization and community approach of One Health. In the implementation of the National Multisectoral Health Security Program according to the One Health approach, each actor plays a key role in overall synergy and coordination of actions.
In order to discuss the different aspects of the operationalization and community approach of One Health, FAO supports the National Multisectoral Health Security Program “One Health” to organize a symposium as a flagship activity under the theme: “Community engagement, guarantee of success of the OH approach, for better health safety"
