DNA tests for ourselves and our pets are becoming increasingly available, but what can they actually tell us about ourselves and our animals and how does that affect the health decisions we make?

This event is aimed at the health care student’s community, with the objective to create awareness about the importance of work collaboration between animal and people health professionals.

Getting students involved by taking a group around campus to help clean up any trash we may find on campus. Plastic bottles and other trash items take extremely long to decompose have harmful effects on the environment around us!

Students for One Health members at University of Connecticut will have an information table in the Student Union on campus to give out information about One Health.

In recognition of One Health Day, celebrated annually on November 3, GOHi Executive Director Wondwossen Gebreyes is presenting to the International Veterinary Student Association at Ohio State.
